The latest Rounds of our Cup Competitions took place on Saturday 15th November.

Under 18's Cup

Crowle Searchers away tie at Bidford proved successful as they booked their place in the Semi-Finals with a comfortable victory. Matt Mitchell opened the scoring on 31 minutes to give Crowle a narrow half-time advantage and Iosac Nelson extended the lead just after the interval. Daniel Kerr finished things off in the last minute  to make it a 3-0 final score.

The Evesham Colts v Welford was a cagey affair but Evesham made it through 2-1.

The weather unfortunately caused unfit pitches at Wychbold Juniors and Pershore Town resulting in postponed matches, but frustratingly in the Pershore Town v Lower Teme Lions match, the match could easily have been switched to Lower Teme, as their pitch was playable, however an apparent lack of consideration to other options and poor communication resulted in the cup ties being lost, causing more headaches for the Fixture Secretary!

Under 16's Cup

There were no such postponement issues in the U16 Cup as all four fixtures went ahead as planned.

The local derby between Pershore Town and Evesham United Colts saw an emphatic victory for the Colts 6-2, despite 2-goals from Pershore marksman Connor Gilchrist.

At Droitwich Spa Cobras, the hosts struggled to contain a lively Alcester Town side, as the away team triumphed 5-1 with a well taken hat-trick from Dylan Parker. Town's other scorers were Cameron Bennett and Harvey Pargetter.

In the remaining ties, Inkberrow Eagles won 3-1 at home to Sheppey Swifts while Tewkesbury Town Colts overcame Badsey Rangers 6-0, but unfortunately none of these teams have provided any further match information for the League's Press Office.

Under 15's Cup

Evesham United Colts moved into the Semi-Finals with a convincing win at Malvern Town Wanderers, as two players, Will McGarr and Edward Whittaker, bagged hat-tricks. Harrison Middleton got the POTM award for the Colts.

Inkberrow Eagles made home advantage count as they won 3-1 against Welland Junior Lions. Goals from Cian Adams, Jack Nicholls and Jack Turner put the Eagles in control.

In the other ties, Drakes Broughton Rangers and Sheppey Swifts progress to the last four.

Under 14's Cup

Alcester Town gained a convincing win with two goals each for Joshua Carr and Jack Saunders. POTM for the Town went to Joe Hunt.

Westbury Celtic Tigers were another team in hot goal-scoring form as they marched in the Semi-Finals, Reiss Hadley helping himself to a hat-trick in this one. Things got worse for opponents Welford Juniors, as they were reduced to 10-players after a player received a red card for violent conduct.

Bidford Juniors and Broadway United Youth were the other two teams to progress to the next stage.

Under 13's Cup

Welford Juniors bowed out after a 2-1 defeat at home to Shipston Excelsior, but Kai Taylor's contribution earned him the Welford POTM award.

The Welland Junior Lions v Alcester Town Juniors ended 1-1 after Extra-Time so the game went to penalties. It was Alcester who were 'spot-on' as they won 3-1 in the shootout.

Another match that went all the way to penalties was the Littleton Juniors v Archdales '73 tie. The game ended 1-1 after Extra-Time and Littleton won 2-0 from the resulting spot kicks.

Lenches FC's 5-2 win put them into the next stage of this competition.

Under 12's Cup

Bidford Juniors were in celebratory mood as they made it through to a quarter-final for the first time. It 10-minutes for deadlock to be broken in their game at Welford Juniors Panthers, as Ben Earls poked the ball home after a scramble in the Welford penalty box. Isaac Harding hit a second, before a fine left foot shot from the corner of the box made it 3-0 and just before half time Jake Cannadine swung a corner in for Alex Wilson to score for a 4-0 internal lead. In the second half- Welford pulled a goal back but it wasn't enough as Bidford held firm.

Lenches FC had a successful away victory with 2-goals each for Eden McPherson and Owen Horne helping them on their way.

At Shipston Excelsior, visitors Welford Juniors Pumas from Pool A caused their previously unbeaten Pool B hosts plenty to think about as the Pumas won 4-0, with goals from Fraser Carr, Ollie Davies and a brace from Max Hauderbourg.

Moreton Rangers, Campden Town, Ilmington United and Welland Junior Lions were the other teams to progress to the quarter-finals but again, no further match information has been provided from any of these teams.

Under 11's Cup

The match between Eckington Juniors and Claverdon went all the way to penalties after the game ended 1-1, with in-form Claverdon scrapping through 5-4 from the spot.

There was a goal-fest at Evesham United Robins as the home side won 7-4 in a remarkable match against Badsey Rangers. Luke Holme bagged four of the Evesham goals while Stanley Kirby got three for Badsey.

In the other games played, wins for Pershore Town and Broadway United Youth move them into the next Round.
