Our round-up of 14th March, saw the majority of teams return to League action.

Under 18's Division

Top of the table Broadway United Youth were pegged back as opponents Welford Juniors grabbed a dramatic late equaliser through Elliott Whittle in the 85th minute, to take a well deserved point at Synder Meadow.  Special mention in this match also goes to the Welford Club Linesman, who signalled that the ball had indeed crossed the line for Broadway's 1st half goal, when the referee was unsure if in fact a goal had been scored, so well done to the Cub Lino, terrific honesty.  On the field, the match saw four yellow cards in a game that was well contested by both sides throughout.

With Broadway dropping two points, Wychbold Juniors seized their opportunity to close the gap in this intriguing title race, with an emphatic home win.

Crowle Searchers were in sparkling form as they won 8-0 against Bidford Juniors.  Crowle took a 3-0 lead inside the opening 10-minutes, with 2-goals from Oluwatabi Ipaye and one from Sam Tufft.  On 18-minutes the in-form Mr Iaye competed his hat-trick and Jared Millward, Iosac Nelson (2) and Daniel Kerr completed the misery for Bidford by half-time.Crowle's remaining three league games sees them face the top two sides, with an away math next weekend at Broadway, followed by a trip to Wychbold and then the return home match with Broadway to end the season, so the Searchers could have a significant say on who lifts the championship trophy this season.

Under 16's Division

Pershore Town hosted league leaders  Tewkesbury Town Colts and despite a goal from Oliver Lees, the home side were unable stop a 9-1 defeat.

Under 15's Division

Evesham United Colts showed some lethal finishing as they won 8-1 away at Tewkesbury Town Colts.  The ever powerful Will McGarr scored a hat-trick to take his tally up to 33 for the season,  with the other Colts goals coming from Harvey Clough, Harrison Middleton and two goals each from Robert Rojek and Edward Whittaker.

Under 14's Pool B

Droitwich Spa Pumas stay top with an 8-1 home win over Bromsgrove Meadows, with Meadows sole goal coming from Harry Crane.

Under 13's Pool A

Welford Juniors kept the pressure on at the top of the table as they won 2-0 away at Badsey Rangers with goals from Oliver Burdett and Samuel Rosso.

Under 12's Pool A

There was a 10-goal thriller at Puckrup, as home side Tewkesbury Town Colts managed to overcome Badsey Rangers by a 6-4 score-line.  The Colts goalscorers were Mckenzie Wilson (2), Harry Dimond, Finlay Hulse, Isaac Parry and Louis Corless, but unfortunately we have no information of the Badsey scorers.

Welford Juniors Pumas kept up their undefeated league record as they won 7-0 at home.  There were two goals each for Max Hauderbourg, Karl Wilkins and Samuel Pitts-Eckersall, while Lewis Weir also found the net. Alexander Theodossiades was awarded the Welford POTM.

Under 12's Pool B

Leaders, Shipston Excelsior faced 2nd placed Moreton Rangers in a top of the table match and it was Shipston who took all three points to inflict a 1st league defeat on Rangers. Two goals from Connor Murphy and one each from Oscar Hair and Dylan Williams led Shipston to a 4-1 victory.  Moreton do have two games in hand over Shipston, but with six points the difference, the title could go either way.

Under 12's Pool C

Droitwich Spa Vipers held on for a narrow 1-0 away victory at Crowle Searchers, with Matthew Simms getting the all important goal.

Pershore Town Piranhas were another team to win by the odd goal, as they edged in 3-2 over Bretforton Juniors.  The Piranhas goalscorers  were Nathan North with two and one from James Rochester.

Under 11's Plate Semi-Final

Moreton Rangers sealed a cup final place with a 3-1 win over Ilmington United. Two goals from Toby Stevens and one from Kian Burrows put Rangers in control.

Under 11's Pool B

Stratford Town Colts Blues enjoyed a convincing 6-0 away win with goals from Joel Crane, Jack Fathers, William Holland, Cameron King, Michael Mac and Leon Underhill.

Under 11's Pool C

Evesham United Robins took a big step towards the title as they won 6-2 at Snitterfield Junior Colts. United's power in front of goal was rewarded as Luke Holme hit a hat-trick, Antonio Pirelli grabbed a brace and Reagan Martin took his running total to 19 for the season.
