Despite the weather threatening our fixtures for the 2nd successive week, we were fortunate to see good amount of games go ahead on 14th November:

Under 18's Division

In a top of the table clash, Broadway United Youth moved up to 2nd with a hard fought 2-1 away win at Crowle Searchers Crusaders. The home side were given a lift when Sam Tufft struck on 63-minutes but they were unable to find an equaliser.

After two straight defeats, Cookley Sports returned to winning ways as they returned home 5-2 to the good at Droitwich Spa Cobras. Goals from Kyle Bannister, Alex Hill, Ryan Lamb, Jordan Ross and Wiktor Sawinski put Sports up to 6th in table.

The winning run continued for Westbury Celtic Tigers as they won the 'Droitwich Derby' 6-1 at Droitwich Spa Pumas. Chad Farnsworth scored two of the Tigers goals while Simon Brownlee picked up the Pumas POTM.

Under 15's Pool B

It was honours even at Ombersely Road, as Droitwich Spa Tigers drew 2-2 at home to Lenches FC. Oliver Boyden and Lucas Edmunds hit the net for the Spa Tigers, with Jack Hunt getting a well deserved POTM award.

Under 14's Division

Badsey Rangers remain top of the table with a 3-0 victory at home to Welland Junior Lions. Two of the Rangers goals came from JD Cole who took his tally for the season up to 16.

Welford Juniors stay in hot pursuit of Badsey as they recorded a comprehensive home win which saw 4-goals for Oliver Burdett, taking his goal count up to an impressive 15 so far.

Under 13's Cup

Congratulations to Bidford Juniors, who put their league form behind them to move into the next round of the cup with a 6-0 win at home to Evesham United Robins. In a fairly even 1st half, only a Jake Cannadine separated the sides at the break.  In the second half Evesham came back strong and only an excellent save by keeper Billy Jones kept the lead intact. Ten minutes into the 2nd half, a tap in for Cormac Wolstenholme made it 2-0 before a series of substitutions took place. A goal followed for Alex Wilson after a nice shot and then Jasper Foster scored from close range after a scramble in the box.  As the game reached its conclusion a fifth was scored by John Clarke and then there was drama as a penalty was awarded to Bidford and had to be retaken after infringement in the box by the home team. The keeper then saved the retake. A late goal for MOM Max Thomas finished proceedings.

Pool C team, Inkberrow Eagles put in a hard working display but their Pool A opponents, Ilmington United just edged the contest with goals from Zac Cooper and Henry Tombs to put them into the next round. Josh Angus collected the United POTM.

Moreton Rangers won 5-2 at in-form Warndon Villages Dragons with goals from Henry Smyth (2), Connor Hitchman, Richard Lamb and Alfie Newton.

The 1st half performance of Lenches FC sealed their progression in the competition,  with a 3-1 win against Welford Juniors Pumas. Callum Taylor's two goals in the 18th and 33rd minute was complimented by a Nathanial Buttle goal on 29-minutes.

Under 12's Cup

There was no giant killing as Pool A side Alcester Town Juniors ensured victory over Pool C's, Leigh & Bransford Badgers Borough.  Nathanial O'Neill bagged a hat-trick & the POTM award in this game.

Evesham United Robins bowed out of the competition as they went down 5-2 at Stratford Town Colts Tornados. The Robins POTM was Vito Pilade.

Warndon Villages Colts took their excellent league form into the cup as they recorded a comfortable win at home to Droitwich Spa Kestrels, with a hat-trick each for James Cooper and Charlie Finch.

There was a hat-trick for Moreton Rangers'  Toby Stevens as  they won 4-2 at home to Badsey Rangers. Connor Scarsbrook was awarded the hosts POTM.

Latest News

If teams wish to be considered for press & news releases, then Team Administrators need to sign-in to our Full-Time system and include match stats (team sheet, goalscorers, POTM etc) by 5pm on the day of the game. Team Administrators also have the option of submitting their own report of a match that the league will need to approve for publication to ensure compliance under the FA's social media guidelines. If teams choose not to participate in providing match stats by the deadline, then we are unable to provide additional publicity based solely on the result of the game.

Teams are also reminded that when submitting results, these should be capped at a maximum 8-goal difference, so as an example a team winning 14-0 should submit the result as 8-0 only.
