Match week 11 took place on Saturday 23rd November and it was mainly back to our League programme, although there were a small amount of re-arranged cup matches taking place.

Here is a summary, with the League action first:

Under 18's

Bidford & Welford met for the 2nd time in the space of a week with Bidford keen to avenge their cup defeat to their local rivals last Saturday. Welford had other ideas however, as goals from Angus McCharg, Daniel Williams & Jack Robson steered them to a 3-1 victory and their first League win of the season.

Under 16's

The eagerly awaited top of the table clash between Alveston & Crowle Searchers produced a great game, with both teams showing good possession & movement. In the end, Alveston made the most of their chances as 2-goals from Elliott Whittle moved them 4-points clear of the chasing pack.

This result allowed Broadway United Youth to narrow the gap on Crowle with a convincing 6-1 away win.  Bidford Juniors & Pershore Town both remain mid-table after a 1-1 draw with each other, while Droitwich Spa moved away from the bottom with a narrow 1-0 away victory.

Under 15's A

Tewkesbury Town Colts won 6-1 to take them joint top with Evesham Panthers, whose match at Inkberrow was postponed due to heavy fog!

Drakes Broughton Rangers built on last weeks cup success with three valuable league points in a 2-1 home win.

Under 15's B

Welland Juniors moved to the table with a 3-1 away win, but have played one more game than their nearest rivals. 

Crowle Searchers go joint 2nd after a convincing away win, while Bidford Juniors hit the net 5-times to secure 3-points.

Under 14's A

Leaders, Bidford Rangers produced a good away performance to secure maximum points, as did Drakes Broughton Rangers who remain in 2nd spot.

Welland Junior Lions were another team to win away, but a tremendous end to end match at Evesham Juniors against Sheppey Swifts saw the match tied at 4-4 at the final whistle.

Under 14's B

Malvern Town Wanderers kept their promotion push on track with a convincing away win and Shipston Excelsior stay level with them after a narrow 4-3 win at home to a spirited Littleton Juniors.

Crowle Searchers won 4-1 to remain in mid-table.

Under 13's A

Alcester Town Juniors were given a scare in their narrow 2-1 home win, while the game between Central Ajax & Bidford Juniors ended in deadlock 0-0. 

Eckington Juniors made it 3 league wins on the bounce as they won 5-1 away.

Under 13's B

Droitwich Tigers 5-1 win keeps them in 2nd place, but Evesham United Colts made it back-to-back wins with a 4-2 away victory to move up the table.

Under 13's C

Pershore Town Warriors stay in pole position after a 6-1 away win.

Nunnery Wood Kestrels and Droitwich Pumas stay in the chasing pack after securing maximum points.

Under 12's A

Away wins for Badsey Rrangers & Tewkesbury Town Colts kept them in 1st & 2nd positions respectively, while Broadway United Youth's victory suggests they may mount a promotion push.

Evesham United Robins kept a clean sheet in their narrow 1-0 win.

Under 12's B

The top of the table match between Welland Junior Lions & Eckington Eagles saw a Lions victory,  which allowed Welford Juniors to move up to joint 2nd spot after a 4-0 away win.

Under 11's A

Wins for Drakes Broughton Rangers & Welford Juniors Pumas keep them in 1st & 2nd place in the table.

Tewkesbury Town Colts won 2-0 to move into mid-spot.

Under 11's B

In an extremely tight table, only 2-points separates the top 4 teams.

Sheppey Swifts & Badsey Rangers edged close matches 2-1, with Eckington Eagles winning a pulsating match 6-3. Alcester Town Juniors had a confidence boosting 5-2 victory.

Under 11's C

Shipston Excelsior won 3-0 away against previously undefeated Droitwich Scorpions.

Tewkesbury Town Panthers enjoyed a 4-1 home win, with Bretforton Juniors & Welford Panthers both winning away.

Under 10’s A

Pershore Town won 4-0 at home and there were narrow away wins for Alcester Town Juniors and Bidford Bombers.

Under 10’s B

There was a great game & atmosphere at Sheppey Swifts as Ilmington United won 4-2, with both teams showing terrific enthusiasm.

Bidford Rockets & Badsey Rangers drew 2-2, while Crowle Juniors gained their first win in the new group.

Under 10’s C

There was an amazing match at Littleton Juniors as the hosts drew 6-6 with Moreton Rangers.

In the remaining two fixtures, Inkberrow Eagles & Weford Juniors both recorded 1-0 home victories.

Cup Matches: Under 18's Cup


A terrific match at the Milestone Ground saw the hosts Broadway United Youth tied at 3-3 in normal time against League Leaders, Inkberrow. However the away side regained their composure to hit 3 extra time goals to advance to the Semi-Finals.

Another team through are Evesham United, who stepped it up a gear in the second half of their game at the Spiers & Hartwell Jubilee Stadium.

Under 15's Cup

Sheppey Swifts  won away at Pershore Town to progress to Round 3.

Under 13's Cup

The re-arranged match between Lenches & Wychavon Wanderers saw the hosts progress 3-1.
