In the penultimate Saturday of the remaining league fixtures, the sun finally came out and the players were faced with warm conditions.

Under 16's

Pershore Town recovered from the disappointment of last weekend's cup final defeat with an accomplished home league performance as they defeated Ilmington United 5-2 at the Winstanley & Co King George 5th Stadium. This lifts Pershore to joint 2nd place in the table and the title will be decided next weekend, in the final league match of the season, where current leaders Badsey Rangers meet Pershore Town.

Another interesting scenario next week is that if Badsey Rangers win and Alveston secure three points in their local derby with Ilmington United, then it will be Alveston who would claim the Runner-up position. If the Badsey v Pershore game ends in a draw and Alveston win, then a play-off match for the Runners-up spot would take place.

Bidford Juniors ended their season with a narrow 4-3 away win at Lower Teme Lions.

Under 15's Pool A

In an incredible match at Evesham United the game ended 6-2 in favour of Evesham Panthers, who inflicted a first league defeat of the season on champions, Tewkesbury Town Colts.  In a dramatic end to the game, Evesham's goalkeeper was red carded for a challenge in his own penalty area and the Tewkesbury goalkeeper stepped forward to take the resulting penalty kick, only to see his shot saved by the stand-in keeper! The Panthers finishing was devastating throughout and the win secures the Runners-up position for the Evesham side.

After a run of 5 league defeats, Drakes Broughton Rangers ended their season on a high with an emphatic away victory.

Under 14's Pool A

In a 1st v 2nd match, it was champions Evesham Juniors who ensured an undefeated season with a 1-0 victory at Drakes Broughton Rangers.

Under 14's Pool B

It was all end to end action at Tewkesbury Town Colts as the home side drew 3-3 with Littleton Juniors.

Under 13's Pool A

Central Ajax retuned to winning ways with a good home win to take them up to joint 2nd in the table with one game remaining.  Eckington Juniors 1-1 draw at home to Bidford Juniors, means Eckington also have it all to play for in their remaining match at home to Littleton Juniors next weekend.

Under 13's Pool B

Big credit goes to Evesham Colts who played 2-players short for the their entire game at home to Droitwich Tigers. The Tigers ran out 4-1 victors but the score-line certainly doesn't reflect the game as Evesham hit the woodwork on two occasions and the Tigers goalkeeper produced two excellent saves.

Under 12's Pool A

Broadway United Youth recovered from a midweek 3-1 defeat at home to Evesham Robins to record a comfortable home win over Bidford Juniors.

Under 11's Pool B

Newly crowned Runners-up Eckington Juniors were held to a point in a 3-3 draw at Badsey Rangers, while Broadway United's win at Inkberrow Eagles sees a 6th place finish.

Under 11's Pool C

Tewkesbury Town Colts ended their season in 5th position with a 5-1 away win.

Under 10's Pool A

There was a big shock at Alcester Town Rangers as the home side upset the form book with a 4-2 win against champions, Bidford Bombers.  Runners-up Eckington Juniors ended their season with a home win over Shipston Excelsior.
