Droitwich reacted well from their defeat last week to give league leaders a first half scare.
Spa started the brighter and whipped up a 6-0 lead after two penalty kicks by outside half Bobby Scott-Walker.
Spa were on the ascendancy and the visitors had to infringe at the breakdown to stop spa from scoring certain tries. However once again individual errors coupled with a good backs move by the visitors allowed them to go in to the second half winning 10-6 after a converted try and easy penalty.
Spa knew they had the visitors tumbled and tried to seize their opportunity but with Newbolds experience and know how they managed to score a few tries and a penalty kick. Despite this Spa's defence was sound and they worked together really well despite the speed and muscle of the league leaders.
Spa had the last word with some great phase play allowing Sam Davenport to produce some magical footwork on the wing and skin his opposition to score in the corner.
Head Coach Rob Bray added after the game " I'm very proud of that performance, we were looking for a reaction after last week and we certainly got one against the best side in the league, our physicality and aggression was immense".

Spa have no game on Saturday.
