The last two one-day events in this year's Wychavon Parish Games have now taken place.  On Sunday morning, 5 Parishes took part in the Junior Table Tennis, sponsored by Vic Haines Transport.  Overall winners were Craig and Ali Witheford from North & Middle Littleton, who beat all the other Parishes.  Bretforton were in second place, with Inkberrow in third, Eckington in fourth and Wyre Piddle in fifth.

In the afternoon, it was the turn of the seniors, and there were 12 teams for this event,.  Following some exciting, really closely contested matches, the final was between the father and son partnership of Rob and Luke Sinderberry from Evesham Little Hampton and North & Middle Littleton, where Craig Witheford was playing again.  Not surprisingly, the results went to the wire, with Evesham Little Hampton finally triumphing in the last game of the day. Trophies were presented by the Chairman of Inkberrow Parish Council, who sponsor this event.

Finals of the knock out events will be taking place over the next few weeks, starting with the Ladies' Darts, sponsored by Piesse of Piddle Bar, which takes place on Thursday evening at the Anchor in Wyre Piddle.  This will be between Broadway and Hill & Moor.

Dates of other finals have yet to be decided, but the final of the Men's Darts, sponsored by Pete Bitt Skips, will be between Pinvin and Bretforton.  The same two teams will also contest the final of the Dominoes, sponsored by Glassier Windows; this will take place on 3rd November at the Round of Gras in Badsey.
