Littleton returned to winning ways with a convincing 6 -1 home win over Castle Vale JKS.

Littleton had the wind at their backs in the first half and it came as no surprise when they took the lead on 13 mins from a superb 20 yard free kick from CHRIS CORNES.

The hosts continued to press and it came as a surprise when the visitors equalised with a well taken goal on 31 mins.

Equality only lasted 2 mins, before JAMIE INSALL ran on to a long ball, controlled it and gave the keeper no chance from 14yards. The same player increased the lead on 40 mins when a rebound fell kindly too him, but he made no mistake from close range.  A scintillating half volley from CORNES from outside the box gave Littleton a 4 - 1 lead at the interval.

It quickly became  5 - 1 as STUART HILL scored from long range.

The scoreline was hard on the visitors, who continued to work hard without much luck; and this was compounded when they had a defender sent off for deliberate hand ball in the area - JAMIE INSALL converting the resultant penalty to complete his second hat trick in the week.

Littleton are home on Saturday to Alvis K.O. 3.00pm and on Weds 11th September home to Bromsgrove K.O. 7.45pm
