Don Howell of Oswestry as elected as Shropshire’s Vice-President.

Phelps began her association with rugby at Telford while her children were moving through the club’s junior section. She went on to serve the club in a number of roles including chairman.

Last year she was a Torch Trophy winner, a national award which recognises volunteers in sport and recreation.
