Leamington won the toss on a dry and sunny afternoon with a firm looking wicket.

After a circumspect start, the innings built. Mark Reynolds batted through for a fine 97no and was ably supported by the hard hitting veteran Shaun Williams and Wayne Killian in belligerent mood.
Rowington were always behind the game thanks to early pressure and a fine spell of 4 for 23 from the smooth Steve Axcell,ably assisted by Gary Bass. The quartet of spinners young & not so young finally ensuring they finished at 146 all out.
