NEWBOLD-on-Avon, winners of the Midlands Senior Vase in 2011, will have home advantage against Leek in the regional semi-finals of this season’s RFU Intermediate Cup.

Newbold won 17-10 at Crewe & Nantwich in the regional quarter-finals earlier this month and will now welcome Leek, who won 32-10 at Loughborough, to Parkfield Road on February 1.

Leighton Buzzard will host Bridgnorth in the other  Midlands Intermediate Cup semi-final.

In the Midlands Senior Vase Stewarts & Lloyds from Corby will host Newcastle from Staffordshire in the regional semi-finals on February 1.

The second semi-final will be played on February 22 with the winners of the delayed Pershore v Stockwood Park regional quarter-final, which will be played on February 1, hosting West Bridgford.

In the Midlands Junior Vase former National League club Rugby Lions have been drawn at home to Cleethorpes in the regional semi-finals with Long Buckby hosting Cannock in the other tie.

The three Midlands winners of the RFU Cup competitions will progress to the national semi-finals. The national finals will be played at Twickenham Stadium on May 4.

RFU Intermediate Cup Midlands semi-finals: Leighton Buzzard v Bridgnorth, Newbold-on-Avon v Leek. Ties to be played on February 1.

RFU Senior Vase Midlands quarter-final: Pershore v Stockwood Park (to be played on February 1).

Midlands semi-finals; Stewarts & Lloyds v Newcastle (to be played on February 1), Pershore or Stockwood Park v West Bridgford (To be played on February 22).

RFU Junior Vase Midlands semi-finals: Long Buckby v Cannock, Rugby Lions v Cleethorpes. Ties to be played on February 1.
