Two Week Suspension for Gore

DUDLEY Kingswinford centre James Gore was suspended for two weeks when he appeared before a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel this evening.

Gore pleaded guilty to a charge of striking an opponent with his knee(s) contrary to Law 10.4(a) in last Saturday’s National Two North match against Hull.

Gore, who was sent off aginst Hull, will be free to play again on October 29.

The hearing was held at the Coventry M6 Holiday Inn hotel and the panel comprised  John Brennan (chairman), Nigel Stelling and John Murphy
