There was once again plenty of drama in this Sundays Redditch and South Warwickshire Fixtures.

In the Premier Division Leaders Bartley Green Sunday needed a Cameron Gallimore Penalty to defeat fourth place Hizza United and second place Austin Ex Apprentices dropped two points at home to Rubery Bridge. Oli Birchall caught the home defence napping with a breakaway goal, but the home side rallied through a Simon Williams penalty and an Elliot Nash strike before half time. Oli Birchall made it 2-2 midway through the second half, but neither side could find a winner. South Redditch made it three wins out of four at home to Athletico, with Darren Breeze scoring twice.

In Division One the table was turned upside down as bottom side Beoley Village leading at half time through Ryan Richards against table topping Translift Bendi and went 2-0 up on 47 mins through Chris Egan. A Paul Court goal on 70 mins reduced the areas, but some heroic defending ensured victory for the home side. It was nearly the same story for Woodland but Kings Heath Concorde were punished for failing to convert their chances as Substitute Craig Malins headed home an 87th minute winner  to send visitors back to the top of the table with a 2-1 victory. Millfield Rovers remain hot on the heels of the top two with a 2-0 home win over Thomas Brothers.

A solitary Mark Wilkes goal was enough to give Leaders Lodge Park RA victory over second place Sporting Club Redditch and two goals apiece from Michael Skerrett and Richard Sullivan saw OKH Sporting Dynamo defeat Evesham United Sunday 4-1.

Division Three went almost by the form book as Mayfly demolished Rubery Legends 11-0 , Shakespeare defeated Golden Cross 7-0, Dan Gaffney this week’s highest individual scorer with four , Park saw off the challenge of Redbury United in 6-2 victory, but Winyates Wanderers were cruising to victory against Abbeydale leading 3-0 after the hour mark, but a spirited comeback from the visitors culminated in a dramatic 94th minute equaliser
